Payment
Payments will be accepted through paypal or by check. The check must clear before the order is shipped. Custom orders may not be cancled once placed, unless agreed by both buyer and seller.
Shipping
Shipping is available by all UPS methods. Girly Girl Garden ships on business days only, Monday through Friday. (Example: All orders completed on Monday will ship Tuesday, All orders completed on Tuesday will ship on Wednesday, etc., All orders completed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.)
Additional Shipping Charges apply for these methods:
Next Business Day- Delivery typically by 3:00 p.m. UPS Next Day Air Saver
2 Business Days- Delivery typically by end of day UPS 2nd Day Air
3 Business Days- Delivery by end of day UPS 3 Day Select
Standard Shipping Method:
1-5 Business Days- Delivery based on distance to destination UPS Ground
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me with any concerns on returning items. The buyer must contact Girly Girl Garden with in 7 days of recieving the item. In the event of a return, refund or exchange, the buyer will pay the return shipping, unless the seller agrees otherwise.
